Transportation

Sometimes your day is just too busy for you to shuttle your dog to and from daycare. We can help here too!

We offer to- and from- transport service in our Doggie Taxi! Your pet will travel in safety and comfort in a roomy crate fitted with a warm and cozy padded bed. We provide a toy and treats to keep him happy during his trip.

Call us for rates and more information!

Daycare

We offer daycare Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings. Daycare is an excellent means for busy pet parents to make sure their dog gets exercise and stimulation throughout the day. Daycare dogs join our boarders in daily activities, except that they go home in the evening. For younger or more active dogs, we recommend and will feed an owner-provided lunch at no charge.

Boarding

Overnight care is offered year-round. During the day, your dog joins the current group in playing, lounging, exploring, and learning with other dog friends. At night, he or she will retire in a personal crate* with a plush bed and fresh water. Included in the rate is breakfast, dinner, plenty of water, toys, treats, and, of course, love and care!

*Owners are welcome to provide their own crate and one item of bedding for the comfort of their pet.

All guests must show proof of vaccinations and a clean bill of health. Visit our Requirements page for more information and rates.

Important Notes

Because of the highly social nature of our environment, we carefully screen all clients before confirming or accepting their first reservation. Currently we cannot take any dog that shows any aggression towards other dogs and humans. Every dog is different, and not all dogs like to be around so many other dogs! We welcome dogs of all breeds that pass our assessment.

The stimulating nature of A Dog's Haven can tire a dog out! When bringing your dog home, be aware that it is normal for your pet to seem thirstier than normal. While we provide plenty fresh water, often dogs are so busy playing that they forget to take a drink! Please see our "What to Expect" page for more information.

Please, if your dog is coughing, vomiting, or having diarrhea, do not bring him for a visit. Any scheduled visit cancelled due to sickness will be credited.
